About This Opportunity
MATHCOUNTS is a national math enrichment and competition program for middle school students in grades 6 through 8. Students participate through their school teams and compete at chapter, state, and national levels. The program emphasizes problem-solving skills and mathematical reasoning. Schools register their teams in the fall, and competitions run from February through May. The 2025-2026 competition season has concluded.
